There are no drivers necessary for operating Fantom Drives on all supported host platforms, including Windows XP and newer, Mac OS X 10.2 and newer. All the device support in order to use/install the drive is already a part of your operating system.  If the computer is asking for drivers it is either because the drive has failed or there is a problem with your OS.
