MicroNet Technology Warranty Policy
The factory warranty covers the Original Purchaser and is not transferable. Each system or sub-system is warranted parts and labor by MicroNet Technology for the period specified for the specific product from the date of purchase. MicroNet Technology will repair or replace the product(s) if it is assessed to be defective by our Technical Department, at no charge, during the warranty period. This warranty covers defects incurred by normal use and shall be rendered void if the damage to the product is a result of accident, excessive dirt or dust, water, power surges, abuse, mishandling, and unauthorized service.
MicroNet Technology is not responsible for the loss of any data that might have been on the drive or cartridge(s). To protect your data, back up periodically and especially before you send your unit for repair or replacement. A copy of the Original Sales Invoice must accompany all claims. The warranty set forth above is exclusive and no other warranty written or oral is expressed or implied. MicroNet Technology disclaims the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for any particular purpose
In order to complete the repair and prevent any delay, the purchaser needs to contact MicroNet Technology for an RMA number and the product must be shipped in its original packaging prepaid to MicroNet Technology with all the original components (cables, terminator, cartridges, and all other accessories). Write the MicroNet Technology RMA number on the outside of the shipping carton. At the completion of the repair or replacement, the product will be returned prepaid via the method used by the Sender.
